How pricing works
Prices aren't printed on this site. Laleh sets them, and the booking page shows the price before you confirm.
What decides the price
A visit's price follows the service and how long it takes, plus anything you add. The booking page shows it when you choose a service.
The service and its length: 30, 45, 60 or 75 minutes
Add-ons, such as steam or a warm mask
Nothing is added on the day without asking you first
What the consultation covers
The consultation is a 20-minute visit of its own, booked like any service, and the booking page shows its price. The first visit pairs it with a shortened facial massage.
Canceling or running late
Aloe takes no deposit. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and let us know if you are running late.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Steam, a warm mask and a hand and forearm massage are added to a visit when you ask. Each lists its own time, and the booking page shows its price.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, at the front counter or on the booking page.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card holds a service, or an amount you choose. It is bought online and can be used for any visit.
